Delete your Agri Deals account

You can delete your Agri Deals account and its personal data at any time, from the Agri Deals app or from this website.

How to delete your account

In the Agri Deals app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom, confirm with your password, and delete.

On the website

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open the account deletion page and confirm with your password.

Cannot sign in?

Email info@agri-deals.com from the email address or phone number registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and password
  • Your saved location and notification settings
  • Your sign-in on every device
  • Your reviews and soil test reports
  • Your listings, business listing and open buying requests are taken off the marketplace

What is kept

  • Orders, invoices and messages you exchanged with other people — they are also the other person's records. They stay, shown as "Deleted user" with none of your personal details.
